| SIRPI (meaning Sculptor in Tamil) is the cultural troupe of the organization. Troupe comprised of children, youth and women. Emancipation and revival of the people’s arts and dances, and sensitizing people through it are the twin purposes of the troupe. |
 A Bridge between Desire and Hope.... |
| Women of various villages are formed into self help groups. Relevant employment and entrepreneurial trainings were provided to improve their economic status. They are facilitated to have discussion on various gender and social issues and resolve them by themselves. Bigger issues are taken at cluster or federation level. |

| Each village has child rights clubs, children’s parliaments, youth and women’s groups and convergent village development committees. They are federated at organizational level to discuss and deal with various development and human rights issues. |
 Prevention is better than Cure |
| The unit is equipped with trained and experienced personnel to provide trainings on social analysis, gender perspectives, child rights, folk arts and facilitate discussions on various human rights issues. They offer technical support to form and manage different people’s groups, like, SHGs, children’s parliament and youth groups. |
